Gabriel Paletta Heads Heads To Argentina

There’s one thing about Rafa Benitez - if he’s not going to use you, he’s not going to hang on to you. Another of Benitez signings, Gabriel Paletta, has been given permission to join Boca Juniors. He scored on his debut against Reading but just made eight appearances on the pitch and so Liverpool have decided to cash in their chips.

Paletta joins Craig Bellamy, Scott Carson, Djibril Cisse, Jerzy Dudek, Robbie Fowler, Luis Garcia, Danny Guthrie, Nikolay Mihaylov, Florent S. Pongolle, Bolo Zenden, in the list of players who have either departed Liverpool or left on loan this summer.
