Stanley Park About To Get Bigger?

According to the Beeb this afternoon, Stanley Park is about to get bigger - if the new American owners have anything to do with it. Word has the work has stopped on the stadium altogether with George Gillett and Tom Hicks ordering a review of the stadiums plans with a view to increasing capacity, something which is going to take a few weeks to cover.

They could be looking for more bang for their buck but could you imagine a fortress 70,000 strong, or more? Is it actually possible given the size of the area to fit that much more seating in?
