Sissoko Out Until New Year
Its going to be January before we see Momo Sissoko back in action after the Malian midfielder dislocated his should after taking a heavy fall last night against Birmingham. Reports from the club are suggesting that he’s going to require surgery, due to take place at some stage next week in order to repair the damage done to his shoulder. You might remember Damien Duff having the same problem at Chelsea last season? Not something you like to see.
In other injury news, ex-Red Djimi Traore is on the road to recovery and has been given the green light to return to full contact training by Charlton after suffering a fracture in his left leg at the start of September. Best of luck to him in the recovery.
