Preview: Bolton vs Liverpool
I hate when we play Bolton. Hasn’t exactly been the most profitable of fixtures for Liverpool in recent seasons but I’m hoping today is going to change things, that hope fuelled by Bellamy and Kuyt starting up front. Despite Peter Crouch’s heroics against Galatasary and wondergoal performance, the big man will take a seat on the bench at the Reebok today.
No massive injury worries for Liverpool but again a few changes from the side that beat Galatasary 3-2 in the Champions League in midweek. Garcia and Agger are dropped for Sissoko and Hyypia while there is no place on the bench for Fabio Aurelio either as John Arne Riise starts in his place at left back.
The team looks as follows: Reina, Finnan, Hyypia, Carragher, Riise, Pennant, Alonso, Sissoko, Gerrard, Kuyt, Bellamy. Jerzy Dudek and Bolo Zenden take up the other two spots on the bench (alongside Garcia, Agger & Crouch).
The game kicks off in just over a half hours time with audio coverage on LiverpoolFC.tv if you’ve got the e-Season ticket, while you can also catch the game live on Sky Sports.
